BACK TO BLOG

We’re all familiar with the phrase new year, new me. When the new year comes around the top priority for most people is getting fit and group gym classes can be a really good place to start.

Benefits of exercising in group classes:

  • No Judgement - Everyone is there for same goal of improving their fitness levels so there will be no judgement from anyone. Everyone’s in the same boat!
  • Safe Space - There’s no need to worry about doing anything wrong or looking silly as a group class is all about learning and improving your technique. Everyone has to start somewhere and a group class is a safe space to do so.
  • Encouragement - Exercising with other people means you can encourage and cheer  each other on
  • Motivation - Being surrounded by other people when working out can motivate you to push yourself a little bit harder than you would if you were working out alone.

Forget the usual circuits or spin classes that fill you with dread from just hearing their name. There are new and different classes launching all the time which are slightly out of the ordinary, unique and most importantly fun! Find out our top picks for you to try in this article.
