Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Sometimes an item isn’t quite right for you and we understand that. Our returns policy covers a range of reasons for return:

·         Wrong Size

·         Doesn’t Suit

·         Changed your mind

·         Incorrect item received

·         Quality Issue / Faulty

Within your order you will receive a form to complete and include with your return, however if this is missing you can download and print a PDF version – HERE.

Unwanted Goods

Please return goods unused, in the original packaging and in suitable condition for resale within 60 days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. A full refund of the order amount will be issued minus the shipping costs. The refund will be made on receipt of the returned goods.

Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods.

Faulty Goods

If any of the goods are faulty, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement free of charge. The replacement will be dispatched once we’ve received the returned original item and this has been confirmed as faulty.

Changing or cancelling an order

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from the date you received it. To cancel your order please contact us by email at [email protected] within 7 the days.

If you would like to add extra items to your order, place an order for the additional items and depending on if the original order has been dispatched or not we can either ship the items together or separately. If your original order has not yet been dispatched please email us at [email protected] to let us know there are two orders to be shipped together.

Will any return costs be refunded?

If you return an item due to it being faulty or incorrect, we will refund any charges incurred from returning the item to us (either by a personalised pre-paid return label or by refunding your return postage costs – up to 2nd class postage only).

We'll check the returned item/s are faulty or incorrect as described and in the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to not imburse you for the postage charges.

My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired, please contact us via email at [email protected] and include the order number and bank details. All refunds will be via Stripe and take between 5-10 days to process.

When will I receive my refund?

We action all refunds the same day we receive the goods back. Please be aware that it can take between 5-10 days for the funds to reach your bank account.
