By using our site, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our site. We may revise these terms and conditions without prior notice by posting revised terms and conditions of sale on our website which will show the date revisions were added.

1.3  How We May Contact You. If I Am Me clothing need to contact you, we will communicate via email which we will send to the email address you provided when placing your order online.

2. Placing an Order

2.1  How To Place An Order With I Am Me Clothing
Orders are placed through our website www.iammeclothing.com. Once you’ve added the product(s) you’d like to purchase to your basket, you’ll be taken through to our checkout procedure where you’ll need to enter your contact details, delivery, and billing information. Please check your order (e.g., the product(s), size(s), and delivery address) carefully before clicking the "Complete Order" or "Pay Now" button.
2.2  Acceptance of Your Order. Your order is an offer from you to buy the products in your basket. After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. It is at this point a formal contract will exist between you and us. When we acknowledge your order, we’ll also confirm your order number. This is the number you need to quote to us should you need to contact us.
2.3  Order Restrictions. To shop on our website and place an order for our products, you must be at least 18 years old and have authorisation to use your chosen payment method. If you are under 18, any orders you place must be completed by a parent or guardian.

3. Our Rights to Cancel Your Order

3.1  If We Cannot Fulfil Your Order. If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason (such as the product being out of stock, unable to verify your billing details, delivery requested outside our shipping destinations, or incorrect pricing/description), we will notify you by email and not charge you for that product.
3.2   Unusual or Suspicious Activity. Our products are for personal use only. We may cancel any order that appears unusual or is suspected of obtaining products for commercial, business or resale purposes. If you believe we have made a mistake, please contact our customer service through our website contact form or app support section.
3.3  Suspending Supply. We may need to suspend supplying a product to:
3.3.1  Address technical issues or make minor technical changes.
3.3.2  Update the product to comply with relevant laws and regulations; and/or
3.3.3  Make changes to the product as notified to you.

4. Our Products

4.1  We offer fitness apparel and accessories.
4.2  Product Descriptions. Images on our website are for illustration only. We aim to display colours accurately but cannot guarantee an exact match to the physical product.

5. Delivery

5.1  Delivery Destinations. We currently do not ship to certain countries. Please check our shipping policy for a full list of countries I Am Me does not ship to.
5.2  Delivery Costs. Delivery charges can be found here. 
5.3  Additional Charges. Any customs duties, taxes, or other charges for delivery outside the UK will be your responsibility and are not included in our shipping costs. Please read more on our shipping page. 
5.4  Estimated Delivery Time. See our delivery details within the FAQ page.  When I Am Me, Clothing is running promotions and offers, deliveries may take longer during these periods. When an order is placed by a customer, you will be given a tracking number an email receipt to give you estimated delivery timescales. 
5.5 Delivery Delays. If delivery is delayed due to events outside our control like shipping delays, weather, postal strikes, etc., we will notify you by email. You can cancel your order for a full refund if there are substantial delays (only if you have not received products paid for).
5.6 If You Are Unavailable. If no one is available to accept the delivery and it can't be posted through your letterbox, the courier will notify you of the attempt and provide instructions to rearrange delivery or pickup.

6. Your Rights to End the Contract

6.1  You can end your contract with us at any time. Your rights when ending the contract depend on the products purchased, whether there are any defects, when you decide to end the contract, and other relevant factors as detailed below.
6.2  Returns Due to Faulty/Misdescribed Items. If the product is defective or substantially differs from its product description, you may have a legal right to end the contract and receive a full refund. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate a return. We will provide free return shipping in the United Kingdom on faulty items.
6.3  Ending Because of Something We Did. You can immediately end the contract by notifying us if:

  • We have notified you of an upcoming change to the product or terms that you do not agree to.
  • We have notified you of a pricing error.
  • We notify you of significant delivery delays due to events outside our control.
  • We suspend supply for technical reasons for more than four weeks.
  • You have a legal right to end the contract because of something we did wrong.

We will provide a full refund for any items not yet provided if you end the contract for the above reasons.
6.4  Changing Your Mind. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee so you can change your mind about a purchase and receive a refund, provided you notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. You must return the unused product in original condition following our returns process. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. The following products cannot be returned:
6.4.1  Unsealed products that are sealed for health/hygiene reasons.
6.4.2  Products damaged or altered after delivery.
6.4.3  Incomplete returns missing original components.
6.4.4  Products inseparably mixed with other items.
6.5  Other Returns Before Delivery. In other cases where we are not at fault and there is no change of mind, you can still end the contract before delivery by contacting us.

7. Returns and Refunds

Ending the Contract
7.1  Contact us to end the contract. To end the contract for any reason, please contact our customer service team through the online contact form on our website, or by email at [email protected]. Provide your name, order number, email address, and delivery address so we can quickly assist you.
7.2  Returning Products. If ending the contract after products have shipped, you must return them by following our returns process within the FAQs. There will be a returns slip in each garment clearly stating the protocol and procedures should it be required to be returned.
Unless stated otherwise, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please include the original order number with all returns.
7.3  Refunds. Once we receive your return, we will refund the price paid for the product(s) to your original payment method. This includes any applicable delivery charges. Refunds are generally processed within 14 days of us receiving back the unused item.

8. Our Rights to End the Contract

8.1 Reasons for Ending. We may end the contract for a product at any time by contacting you if:
You do not provide necessary information for delivery within a reasonable timeframe when we request it, such as incomplete delivery address.

  • You do not allow us to deliver the products within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2  Refunds. If we end the contract for the above reasons, we will refund any money paid for products that have not yet been delivered.

9. Price and Payment

9.1 Product Pricing. The price charged will be the price indicated on our website when you place your order. We make every effort to display accurate pricing but see section 9.4 for errors.
9.2 VAT Changes. If the VAT rate changes between order placement and delivery, we will adjust the rate charged unless you have already paid in full.
9.3 Price Changes. Prices on our website are subject to change. If you place an order before a price change occurs, you will be charged the price displayed at the time of ordering.
9.4 Pricing Errors. Despite our best efforts, some products may be incorrectly priced on our website. We normally verify prices before processing orders. If a product's correct price is lower than our stated price when you placed your order, we will charge you the lower amount. However, if we accept and process an order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we reserve the right to end the contract, refund any amounts paid, and require return of any products provided.
This applies in situations where the item's price is clearly far lower than its standard retail value, and the discount amount would seem unreasonable to an average customer. We make every effort to display accurate pricing but reserve the right to cancel orders with grossly incorrect prices, even after order confirmation.
9.5 Payment Methods. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and GooglePay. Your payment method will not be charged until we dispatch your order, although a pending authorisation may display.
We also offer purchase instalment plans through Klarna and Clearpay. We can withdraw these options at any time at our sole discretion.

11. Our Liability for Loss or Damage

11.1  Foreseeable Loss. We are responsible for any loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or contemplated by both parties when entering the contract.
11.2  We Do Not Limit Liability in Certain Cases. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees/agents/contractors. We also do not limit or exclude our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of your legal rights relating to the products, or defective products under consumer protection law.
11.3  No Liability for Business Losses. We supply products for personal use only. We have no liability for any business losses if you use the products for commercial purposes.

12. Using Your Personal Information

12.1 Our Privacy Policy. We only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy

13.1 Transferring the Contract. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organisation. If we plan to do this, we will contact you to inform you of the planned transfer. If you are unhappy, you may contact us within 7 days of being informed to end the contract and receive a refund for any products not yet provided.
13.2 Transferring Your Rights. You may only transfer your rights/obligations under these terms to another person if we agree in writing.
13.3 No Third-Party Rights. This contract is only between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce these terms.
13.4 Changes to These Terms. We may change these terms occasionally and will post the most current version on our website/app. Please check before ordering.
13.5 Severability. Each paragraph in these terms operates separately. If any court decides one is unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will still apply.
13.6 Delay in Enforcement. If we delay enforcing these terms or acting against you for breach, we can still enforce or act later.13.7 Governing Law. These terms are governed by English law. You can bring proceedings in respect of the products in the English courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings there.

15. I AM ME Discount Code Usage

15.1 Eligibility: Discount codes are valid for one-time use per customer and cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or discount codes.

15.2 Validity: Discount codes are valid until the specified expiration date. After this date, the code will no longer be redeemable.

15.3 Exclusions: Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items or limited-edition products unless explicitly stated.

15.4 Minimum Spend: Some discount codes may require a minimum spend to be applied. Please refer to the specific terms of the discount code for details.

15.5 Non-Transferable: Discount codes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
